VINIFICATION AND AGING

After a cold maceration, the grapes are softly pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature (16 °C) in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then racked and ages on its fine lees for a few months with batonnage, before it is prepared for the bottling.

TASTING NOTES

Pale straw yellow. Complex and aromatic on the nose, full with assertive personality on the palate reminiscent of fig, elderflower and wild sage, with very good structure and long persistence.
