VINIFICATION AND AGEING
Fermented in stainless steel, with fermentation at 28-30°. The wine ages in oak casks, both American and French for 12-15 months, depending on the vintage.

Very deep, lively color; black cherry aromas and light tobacco notes; well structured, elegant wine showing excellent balance and long finish.
